A Coping Guide To Help Combat COVID Fatigue

The anticipation of 2021 may have carried with it the expectation we would be COVID-free or at least be freer to move about in our daily routines. While that day is coming, many of us are still under a lot of restrictions. As we settle into a new year and back into our daily routines it may feel like it’s going to be a long winter with not a lot to do. I’m wondering if COVID fatigue is setting in.
